Seductful Incorporated is a company registered in the Seychelles and are the owners and operator of the domains Seductful.com and Seductful.xxx that constitute this micro-blogging Platform.

Both personal and non-personal information collected is safeguarded according to the highest privacy and data protection standards adopted worldwide. We have always had a robust and effective Data Protection program in place that complies with existing law and abides by global Data Protection standards.

We recognize our obligations and will update and expand this program to meet any future amendments to any of these global Data Protection standards.

We use your personal information to provide and improve your experience on the Platform, and this Privacy Policy governs the use thereof and explains how we collect, safeguard and disclose information that results from such use.

By using the Platform, you agree to the collection and use of your personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. Unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy, the terms used within it have the same meanings as those in our Terms and Conditions of Service Policy.

Geo-location Data – Information collected about where a connected device is or was located at the time of using the Platform.

MAC – Media Access Control address. This is a hardware identification number that uniquely identifies your devices. The MAC address is manufactured into every device that can connect to the Internet, and therefore cannot be changed.

NSFW – Not Safe For Work.

Personal Information – Information about you which can be identified from data you supplied, or from such data and other data either in our possession or likely to come into our possession.

Platform – This micro-blogging Platform operated under the domains owned by the Company.

Privacy Policy – This document.

Terms – A combination of our Terms and Conditions of Service, Cookie and this Privacy Policies under which you agree to the use of the Platform.

Usage Data – Data collected automatically, either generated by the use of the Platform or from the Platform infrastructure itself. For example, blogs visited, favorite posts or the duration of a page visits.

User, You – You the natural or legal person making use of the services offered on the Platform. The User corresponds to the Data subject, who is the subject of Personal Information.

If we become aware that such a minor has managed to fraudulently sign up on the Platform and we have collected Personal Information from such a minor, we will take steps to ban the minor and remove their information from our servers.
